All of our products come with a 100% money back guarantee.  If you  are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it for a full refund (I'm sorry, but shipping costs cannot be refunded). Our only stipulation is that the merchandise be returned within 30 days of dated invoice. Packages postmarked after the 30 days will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.

Return Policies:

Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

Obtain a RA # prior to returning the merchandise.

The original packing slip or invoice must be included and the RA # visible on the package. 

You are responsible for all shipping costs of all returns.

All refunds exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and returned to you.

All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. For your safety, you are encouraged to return all packages insured. We are not responsible for merchandise that gets lost or damaged in the mail.

All returns must be double boxed (manufacturer's box inside a shipping box). All manufacturers’ registration and warranty cards must be blank and returned with the merchandise or a 25% restocking fee will be imposed.

Requested refunds will be in the form of a check which will be issued for any returned merchandise after it has been inspected, less any appropriate charges as indicated herein.

For security reasons, all refunds and credits are returned to the original Purchaser. Request for refund from third parties will not be honored.

We are sorry, but Fine Jewelry items cannot be returned.

How to return products?

Within 30 days from your invoice date, simply return the material in its original packaging material to the address from which it was shipped. Please take note that prior to shipping the material you are required to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) so that we can properly and expeditiously reship or refund  you.

Please follow these steps in your return procedures:

  1. Obtain a RA# by emailing us at customerservice@nfvproducts.com  or you may fax in the request.
     
  2. Package up the merchandise in its original box (undamaged) and its original carton along with all enclosed literature that came with the item. Failing to provide the original "undamaged" packaging  material will result in a 25% restocking fee.
     
  3. Include the original invoice sheet and write the reason for its return.  
     
  4. Return the merchandise to the address found in the shipping package, unless directed otherwise. We use more than one warehouse to ship from so it’s important that the merchandise be sent to the location from which it came from. It is best to email us before sending the item back so we can confirm the proper return address. Unless directed otherwise, Do not send it to NFV Products LLC's mailing address. Doing so will delay your processing and result in additional shipping costs to your account.
     
  5. Return merchandise via a traceable carrier such as UPS, FedEx ...   I'm sorry, but we cannot reimburse you for the costs for the return shipment.

 

NOTE: We will replace any merchandise that has been received in less than PERFECT condition. A UPS call tag may be issued and new merchandise will be shipped immediately.
