In addition to payment through PayPal, we offer three forms of non credit card payment, personal check, cashier's check or money orders. The Paypal Shopping Cart will ask you if you are a Paypal Member and if so to sign in for a quick check out. You do not have to be a Paypal Member to use this Shopping Cart, simply click on the option to use your Credit Card of choice and you will be directed to enter your appropriate information. Here at NFV Products we accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Uncomfortable about placing an order over the internet with your credit card? We also take orders over the phone with a major credit card. Instructions for paying by checks and money orders: When you’re ready to check out simply hit the print key from your browser or right click to bring up the print button. Send the order form along with your form of payment, as described above, and we will rush out your order. Please note that orders paid via personal checks will be delayed until they clear. In addition, for security reasons, personal checks must have the buyer’s home phone number imprinted on the check. A thirty dollar ($35.00) fee will be imposed on all returned checks! Out of Stock Merchandise NFV Products LLC strives to fill all orders within 24 - 48 hours, but at times it becomes necessary to inform a customer that an item has been depleted from inventory. Should this occur, NFV Products will notify its customer of the following options: If the item is expected to become available within a reasonable period, customer will have the option of either waiting for the item, in which case it will be shipped when restocked, or having monies returned and the order cancelled. Discontinued items will result in a return of all monies to the customer. NFV Products LLC shall not be held responsible for completing such orders in these circumstances. Limited Editions NFV Products LLC strives to fill all orders within 24 - 48 hours, but with respect to the limited editions, there may come a time when the last of the items sells out, without prior notice. NFV Products LLC cannot predict when this might happen since these items tend to sell quickly. If this situation should occur, the customer shall be refunded its monies in full and the transaction cancelled. NFV Products LLC shall not be held responsible for completing such orders in these circumstances. Extended Deliveries Handmade (Special) Designs may have extended deliveries. Approximate Shipping Rates The following (Ground) shipping rates generally apply to each order shipped by NFV Products LLC within the Continental United States. Orders will ship by either UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS. We can provide other forms of shipment, such as 2-Day, 3-Day and overnight, generally on items currently in stock. Some items from our Artisans, however, may not always be available for these shorter deliveries. Email us and we will make every effort to accommodate you if you need an item sooner. Read below: Note: Some customers have experienced problems getting into the PayPal Shopping Cart. Please note that PayPal uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Make sure that the current version of your browser supports this level of encryption. If not, you may have to download their latest version. This should eliminate the problem.
