Ankh: The hieroglyphic symbol for life, the Ankh represents human consciousness and eternity. Bastet: The goddess of plenty and joy, the cat Bastet represented the protective aspect of female power. Cartouche: A cartouche is a nameplate or seal, representing encircling and eternal protection. Cleopatra: Cleopatra was the name of seven different queens of Egypt during the time of Ptolemy.
